Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes the subscription can be cancelled at any time and the subscription fee will cease at the end of the monthly cycle.
Will I need setup support?
Our implementation support team are qualified accountants who will help you get the most out of Magnifi.
The tailored training and implementation support over 3 months will help you with the setup, analysis and performance monitoring.
For advisors, we typically help you setup your 1st client file and provide training on all features within Magnifi.
Although not compulsory, it's highly recommended. Click here for more info.
How does the Advisor pricing work?
An advisor can setup unlimited file with full functionality for free. A fee is only incurred if they invite an external user (eg client) to the file.
At this time, the advisor can choose whether to subscribe directly or transfer the subscription to the client.
Will I need Tailored Dashboards?
Our standard dashboards are just as interactive and user-friendly as the tailored dashboards that are powered by Zoho Analytics.
The tailored dashboards might be useful for larger or more sophisticated businesses.
How do I pay for Magnifi?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway.
