What does a typical user look like?

Magnifi is perfectly suited to Australian service businesses using Xero with 10-100 employees. Our largest user is currently a listed entity.
Generally businesses have an internal accountant/bookkeeper who maintains the file with Advisor support.
Does the user need to be on Xero?

No, all data can be imported via excel. Our largest user who imports via excel is in the construction industry with 9 entities and approx. 150 employees.
How does Magnifi typically work in the Advisor/Client relationship?

Typically the client will have an internal finance employee who can assist with maintaining the file (eg monthly imports, update employees etc).
This means that you can focus more time on advisory and less time on the grunt work.
Is there support available?

Yes there are basically 2 forms of support:
- General Phone/Email support which is included in the subscription OR
- Tailored implementation support by a CA qualified accountant can help you setup the client file and get the most out of Magnifi. Learn more about the process and pricing.
What's the best way to engage a client?

Every file has a 30 day free trial.
We suggest you follow the "Quick Setup wizard" which allows you to setup high level forecasts and analysis within minutes.
The What-If helps to demonstrate to the client how small changes can dramatically improve their profitability and cashflow.
The next phase is the preparation of the 4-way forecast to provide clear targets and then regularly monitor the performance to ensure the business remains on track.
